Nally & The Poo was created by us - with the help of our vigorous testers, Nalah the Golden Retriever and Minnie the minature poodle.

We found it difficult in Ireland to find dog beds that provided many functions in one, most importantly a truly orthopedic frame, but also easy to keep clean in our Irish weather, and yet beautiful enough to live in a well-styled home.

So, we designed it, from our home in Cork - a bed that is :

• Structured and orthopedic, so it keeps its shape
• Easy to keep clean (removable, machine-washable covers)
• Made to last, with interchangeable covers you can
  refresh over time

Each bed is designed for ultimate comfort and durability, with a structured orthopedic base and a pressure-relieving memory foam comfort layer
on top, designed to support the body evenly and hold its shape over time. The bolsters act as supportive chin rests and are constructed of high density foam.

Each memory foam piece is individually encased in a water-resistant lining that protects the bed’s interior from moisture and dust mites.

Our foam is CertiPUR-US® certified, ensuring it’s free from harmful chemicals. You can learn more about this certification on the CertiPUR-US website.

The original Nally & The Poo cover is a Boucle fabric, crafted from tightly woven polyester. This fabric is both durable and easy to maintain, allowing for both spot cleaning and machine washing. All Nally & The Poo covers are OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified,which means they meet strict textile safety standards.

The best way to determine the right size is to measure your dog from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail. If in doubt, size up.

The bed is vacuum packed for shipping. Once opened, please allow 72 hours for the bed to fully expand into its final shape. Your dog can use the bed immediately, but it might not take its full shape for 72 hours.

Our beds are built to the highest quality standards designed to last for years with normal use. However, no bed is a match for a determined chewer. The beds are not covered for damage caused by chewing, biting, ripping or excessive scratching - theyre designed for sleeping and lounging.

Our Midi and Grand size beds come with a heavy duty boucle cover, which can withstand some level of scratching and nesting behaviour, but it might experience some light piling of the fabric over time. Replacement covers are available to purchase seperately.

The Minnie- round bed cover is made from a softer, more delicate teddy fabric designed exclusively for small dog comfort. Similarly, if your dog tends to scratch a lot the small loops may be subject to piling. The heavier duty boucle cover and other additional spare covers are available to purchase separately.

Your Nally & The Poo bed comes with a water-resistant lining underneath the cover. The water-resistant lining protects the mattress against light spills, moisture, dust mites and odours. 

If a spill or accident occurs, we still recommend removing and washing the outer cover as soon as possible.

For extra protection after wet walks and adventures, we recommend using the toweling slip cover.

Orthopedic beds help support joints and distribute a dogs weight more evenly. This can reduce pressure on hips, shoulders and spine - especially for larger breeds and older dogs. But support matters for every dog : puppies joints are still developing, so a supportive base encourages healthier rest as they grow, and small breeds benefit from added cushioning and insulation, helping prevent stiffness from coder, firm surfaces.

Not at all, and in fact, its never too early (or too late!), to give dogs joints the support they need.
An orthopaedic bed is an investment you can make for a dog of any age. Just like humans, dogs benefit
from proper joint support throughout their whole lives, not just when problems
arise. Starting your dog on an orthopaedic bed early helps maintain healthy
joints and alignment for the long term. For senior dogs or those already
experiencing joint discomfort, the orthopaedic support makes a real difference
day to day - including making it easier for them to get in and out of bed
without putting extra strain on painful joints.

The Nally & The Poo bed is sold with one cover already on the bed.

For The Midi (Medium) and The Grand (Large) beds, this is a high gsm luxury cream boucle cover.

For The Minnie (Small), this is a soft teddy fabric in light beige.

All additional covers such as the toweling cover or other colours are sold seperately.

Yes! We sell covers seperately so you can have a spare on rotation - particularly handy on wash days. We currently offer our signature cover in Clotted Cream( creamy boucle), or Soda Bread (deep beige boucle), so you can mix it up to suit your home.

Yes - our toweling cover is perfect for dogs who love water, come in from muddy walks, or just need something extra easy to throw in the wash. It slips easily over your existing bed and existing bed cover, to absorb any dampness from your dog leaving the cover underneath clean. A brilliant addition if your dog lives an active outdoor life!

No, our covers are not waterproof, however there is a water resistant lining protecting the mattress from light water/pee accidents or staining.

Our covers are easily removable and machine washable.

Remove the cover and machine wash on a gentle 30 degree cycle with a mild detergent.

Air dry for best results to protect the fabric and maintain shape - we do not recommend tumble drying.

We do not recommend any washing of the foam layers. There is a water resistant cover over each foam component which should protect the mattress from any stains or moisture.

Yes, absolutely! A quick vacuum is a great way to keep the bed fresh between washes.

Delivery within Rep Of Ireland : Tracked delivery within 3-5 working days.

Delivery to EU : Tracked 7-10 working days

If you’ve received your Nally & The Poo bed and have not opened the vacuum
seal, you are eligible for a return or exchange (for a different size) within
14 days of delivery.

To qualify, the bed must remain unused, unopened and in its original vacuum packaging.

Seperately purchased covers must be unused and in brand-new condition.

To start a return or exchange, contact us within 14 days at hello@nallyandthepoo.com,with your
order number and reason for return. Return shipping is the customer’s
responsibility unless the item is faulty.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once the vacuum seal has been opened,
as the bed expands and cannot be repackaged to a saleable condition.

Please check our size guide carefully before opening the vaccum seal.

If you have any concerns about sizing on arrival, please do not open the vacuum
seal — contact us straight away on hello@nallyandthepoo.com and we’ll help arrange an exchange or return.

Yes, as long as the bed remains unused and vacuum-sealed. Please contact us within
14 days of delivery with your order number at hello@nallyandthepoo.com and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the
original payment method. You will recieve an email to let you know we have recieved your item and that a refund is being processed.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement (depending on your bank).

If your order arrives damaged please contact us at hello@nallyandthepoo.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so that we can resolve it for you quickly.

If you believe there is a manufacturing fault, contact us as soon as possible with photos and description of the issue - we will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy in line with your consumer rights.
